This policy explains how AI at Work handles registration data for the daily email course. The goal is to collect only what is needed to send lessons and related updates.

- First name if you enter it in the registration form.
- Email address.
- Selected course language, such as Arabic or English.
- Your optional choice to receive general AI updates.
- Basic technical information such as page URL, request time, and Cloudflare Turnstile human verification when enabled.
How we use the data
- To send AI at Work course lessons and practical course updates.
- To manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve the registration experience.
- To send general AI updates only if you explicitly opt in.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not ask you to submit sensitive work data through the registration form.
- We do not use your email for third-party advertising.
Service providers
- Registration data may pass through service providers for email delivery, hosting, abuse prevention, and basic operational analytics. These services are used to operate the course.
Retention and deletion
- We keep registration data while you are subscribed or while it is needed to operate the course and respond to requests. You can request deletion or unsubscribe from emails.

Cookies and local storage
- We use essential cookies or local storage to run the signup form, remember the cookie notice choice, support Cloudflare Turnstile human verification, and provide course-space access.
- We do not currently use advertising cookies or marketing tracking. If non-essential tools are added later, clear consent should be requested before they run.
Google Analytics
- If you choose to allow analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure general visits and understand which pages and languages are used most.
- Google Analytics is not loaded if you choose essential only. You can change your choice later by clearing site data in your browser.
